Provided that MySQLdatabases are included in your hosting package, then you can create and manage them from your Web Hosting Control PanelControl Panel by logging in and selecting "MySQLDatabases", in the "Web Tools" section. From here you can then create databases, select to manage them, or delete them if they are no longer needed.
